where I would have previously turned away,
like prey instinctively running from its predator,
out of fear,
I am learning to face
the d a r k f i r e.
the cosmic place
where life and death become inseparable.
where acceptance of pain and suffering
becomes the hot fuel for alchemy.
but why?
why step into the fire?
the most uncomfortable aspects of this human experience?
oftentimes we don’t know why, and that’s part of the heat.
but this time
I know why.
I come with purpose.
I am learning to face
the d a r k f i r e
because it is the place
where the doors to creativity are unlocked
where the CODES to a sustainable future are kept,
like a treasure,
only accessible after taking the journey inward…
